Bio

Tito Mouraz, 1977, Portugal. In 2010, he completed his studies in Visual Arts and Photography at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto. He lives and works in Porto, Portugal. He has been exhibiting regularly since 2009 in Portugal and abroad. Among his most recent shows stand out: Módulo Centro Difusor de Arte, Lisbon (Portugal); Format Festival, Derby (UK); Blanca Berlin Galeria , Madrid (Spain) ; Tampere Art Museum (Finland); Museu da Imagem, Braga (Portugal); Fotofestiwal Lodz (Poland); Festival Circulation(s), Paris (France); Carpe Diem Arte e Pesquisa (Lisbon); Galeria Voies Off, Arles (France); and Encontros da Imagem, Braga (Portugal).

In 2013, he was the winner of the Prémio Internacional de Fotografia Emergentes DST and Leitura de Portfólios Carpe Diem Arte e Pesquisa. In Portugal, he is represented by Modulo - Centro Difusor de Arte, Lisbon and in France by the gallery Voies Off, Arles. He is represented in several private collections and in the BES Art Collection.
